What goes wrong
What usually goes wrong
Things we look for in the Free Scan. Each one shows from the outside, the way a homeowner sees it.
- 01
The wrong category on Google
Your Google Maps listing's main category tells Google what you do.
- 02
One page for all your services
Roof cleaning, soft washing and solar panel cleaning are different searches.
- 03
A quote form that asks for too much
A homeowner asking about a driveway or a roof wants to send a photo and get a price.
- 04
A slow site full of other companies' scripts
Chat widgets, trackers and ad tags all load before the homeowner sees your work.
What we do
What we would do first
- Your website
A quote form that asks only for what you need to price the job, with photos from the homeowner's phone.
- Google Maps
Your listing filed under pressure washing, with soft washing, roofs and gutters in its services.
- Google search
A page for each service in each town you work in, so roof cleaning and soft washing each get their own page.
- Ads
In Get Customers (Tier 2) and up: pressure washing and gutter cleaning are not on Google's US list for its pay-per-lead ads, so search ads do that job. Window cleaning is on the list. Ad spend is billed separately on top of the tier price.
Honest proof
Our numbers, and whose they are
We do not have exterior cleaning client numbers to show yet. The companies we run are in carpet cleaning, cleaning and restoration, and moving and junk removal, and their numbers are on our work page, each with its source and dates.
What it costs
Three monthly plans: Get Visible (Tier 1) at $3,000 a month, Get Customers (Tier 2) at $6,000 and Get Growth (Tier 3) at $10,000. Prices are shown before any call. Ad spend and lead-site charges are billed separately. See the plans
Questions
Questions exterior cleaning owners ask us
Why is my business not showing up on Google Maps?
Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence: how well your listing matches the search, how far you are from the person searching, and how well known your business is. A listing in a category that is too broad, or a website with no page for the service and the town, gives Google less to match. No one can promise a place on the map.
What should a pressure washing quote form ask for?
The least you need to call back with a price: the town, a name and a mobile number. Everything else, photos included, can be optional.
Can a pressure washing company use Google's pay-per-lead ads?
For window cleaning, yes. Pressure washing and gutter cleaning are not on Google's US list for Local Services Ads, so for those jobs search ads do the work: ads paid per click, shown to people searching for the service near you.
Ads are in Get Customers (Tier 2) and up. Ad spend is billed separately on top of the tier price, and you decide how much.
Do I need separate pages for roof cleaning and soft washing?
If you want to show up for both searches, yes. They are different jobs and people search for them differently.
