More calls and quote requests for remodelers and contractors
Kitchen and bath, whole home and general construction. We fix your website first. Then we help homeowners find you on Google Maps and Google search. And we count every call and form, so you can see what works.
What goes wrong
What usually goes wrong
Things we look for in the Free Scan. Each one shows from the outside, the way a homeowner sees it.
- 01
The wrong category on Google
Your Google Maps listing's main category tells Google what you do.
- 02
One page for every kind of job
Kitchens, bathrooms, additions and whole home remodels are different searches.
- 03
A quote form with nothing to price from
A form that asks only for a name and a message means a phone call before you know what the job is.
- 04
No license number on the website
Some states require a contractor's license or registration number in advertising, and a website can count as advertising.
What we do
What we would do first
- Your website
Your photos of real jobs, your license number on every page, tap-to-call, and a quote form where homeowners can send photos of the job.
- Google Maps
Your listing filed under the work you want, like kitchen remodeling or general contractor, with your services and the towns you really work in.
- Google search
A page for each kind of job you want more of, like kitchen remodels and bathroom remodels, in the towns you work in.
- Ads
In Get Customers (Tier 2) and up: search ads for the jobs you want, and Google's pay-per-lead ads if Google says your business qualifies. Ad spend is billed separately on top of the tier price.
Honest proof
Our numbers, and whose they are
We do not have remodeling client numbers to show yet. The companies we run are in carpet cleaning, cleaning and restoration, and moving and junk removal, and their numbers are on our work page, each with its source and dates.
What it costs
Three monthly plans: Get Visible (Tier 1) at $3,000 a month, Get Customers (Tier 2) at $6,000 and Get Growth (Tier 3) at $10,000. Prices are shown before any call. Ad spend and lead-site charges are billed separately. See the plans
Questions
Questions remodelers ask us
Why does my company not show up in Google Maps when my reviews are good?
Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence: how well your listing matches the search, how far you are from the person searching, and how well known your business is. Good reviews help with the last one, but they cannot make up for a listing in the wrong category or a website with no page for the job and the town.
Does my license or registration number have to be on my website?
It depends on your state. Some states require a contractor's license or registration number in advertising, and a website can count as advertising. Your state's contractor board has the rules for your trade; we do not give legal advice. If you have a number, we put it on every page.
Can remodelers and contractors use Google's pay-per-lead ads?
For most of the work, yes. Local Services Ads, the ads at the very top with the "Google Verified" badge that charge per lead instead of per click, cover general contractors, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, roofers, painters, flooring, siding and fencing.
Ads are in Get Customers (Tier 2) and up. Ad spend is billed separately on top of the tier price, and you decide how much.
Can my website show lots of project photos and still load fast?
Yes, if every photo is sized for the screen looking at it. We make a small and a large copy of each image, and a phone only loads the small one.
